## Symptoms

- The following application related messages could be flooding logs excessively:   

`[fw_1] fwrulematch_rule_id_to_kuuid: fwloghandle_rule_id failed (rule num N)`  
`
[fw_1] fwrulematch_set_hitcount: fwrulematch_rule_id_to_kuuid failed (rule num N)`

## Cause

These messages can be logged when **Hit Count**feature is enabled in the Check Point Global settings on Security Gateways R75.40 and higher. The messages have no impact on running traffic but they could have a performance impact on logging facility.
