## Symptoms

- Scheduled Backup configuration is lost during a migration from SecurePlatform / IPSO to Gaia OS R77 / R77.10 / R77.20

## Cause

Migration of Scheduled Backup configuration between different operating systems is not supported.

## Solution

No fix is required; the system is functioning as designed.

After upgrading, reconfigure the backup schedule. In the Gaia Portal, go to 'Maintenance' \> 'System Backup'.
