## Symptoms

- */var/log/messages* file repeatedly shows:

* `Error: "AddDataSQL: insertion failed, sensor name=[mem_load], timestamp=[`*DATE TIME*`]".`   

* `Error: "monitord[`*PID*`]: SQL error: database disk image is malformed rc=11".`

## Cause

Possible reason: */var/log/db* database might be corrupted.
