# sk97906 - Gaia Portal opens instead of Mobile Access Portal

## Symptoms

- * When you connect to a Mobile Access Gateway on Gaia OS at `https://GATEWAY_IP_ADDRESS`, the Gaia Portal opens instead of the Mobile Access Portal.
* The Mobile Access Portal opens but the compliance scan fails with error 50. The CShell log (`%temp%\cshell\cshell.elg`) shows one of these messages:  
  * `[CShell] Failed to read MobileHello Page (A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 1 [character 2 line 1])`
  * `[CShell] Failed to read MobileHello Page (null)`

## Cause

The Gaia Portal and Mobile Access Portal both use TCP port 443.
