## Symptoms

- * When generating a license form the User Center, the "`Get License File`" button is not available:

* The following window appears:

## Cause

Too many Blades are attached to the appliance (due to duplicates or blades added mistakenly).

This causes the license string to be too long, which prevents the license from being generated (in case changes were made, e.g., IP address was changed) and being downloaded.

This may also be caused by an internal issue with your user center account which can be resolved by MIS.

Ask to remove the unnecessary blades attached to the appliance and check if this is caused by an internal issue.
