## Symptoms

- SmartView Tracker does not display logs for IPv6 traffic.

## Cause

Queries for "**IPv6 dst** " and "**IPv6 src**" are not enabled in SmartView Tracker.

## Solution

Follow these steps:

1. Open SmartView Tracker.

2. Go to ***View*** menu - click on ***Query Properties*** - list of available queries should appear above the logs.

3. Check the following boxes:

   * In R76 and lower:

     * ***IPv6 Destination***
     * ***IPv6 Source***

     <br />

     <br />

   * In R77 and above:

     * ***Legacy IPv6 Destination***
     * ***Legacy IPv6 Source***

   <br />

   <br />

4. Go to ***View*** menu - click on ***Query Properties*** - list of available queries should disappear.

5. You should be able to see the logs for IPv6 traffic.

**Limitation:** SmartView Tracker is *not* able to filter the logs by IPv6 address in Source / Destination columns. For such filtering, use *[SmartLog](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/R77/CP_R77_SmartLog_WebAdminGuide/html_frameset.htm)*.
