# sk96118 - Clish commands "show asset system" or "show asset all" do not return Serial number on 21000 appliances

## Symptoms

- The "`show asset system`" or "`show asset all`" in clish command does not return a Serial number on a 21000 appliances. The serial number response is: "`To be filled by O.E.M.`"  

*Example*:

```

HostName> show asset system
Platform: G-70
Model: Check Point 21600
Serial Number: To be filled by O.E.M.
```

## Cause

The output of the "`show asset`" command is *not* supported for the 21000 series appliances prior to R77.10.
