# sk95597 - UserCheck page is expired when visiting a blocked site for the first time in a particular day

## Symptoms

- * UserCheck page appears with the following:   
  "Error This notification page has expired. You can safely close the page"
* Blocked page takes more than 30 seconds to load.
* -UserCheck is enabled and blocked websites are successfully blocked but web browser is not redirecting to UserCheck page but instead browser defined page (i.e. Problem loading page connection to server was reset while page was loading. If you are not able to load any pages check your network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy make sure firefox is permitted to access the web)

Timeout to display the UserCheck page has been exceeded.
