# sk94635 - Status of Identity Awareness blade is displayed in SmartView Monitor as "Error: At least one server is currently disconnected"

## Symptoms

- When selecting a Security Gateway / Virtual System in SmartView Monitor, status of Identity Awareness blade is displayed as "`Error: At least one server is currently disconnected`".

## Cause

The error is cosmetic and can be safely ignored.

This error might appear in an environment with multiple Security Gateways / VSX Gateways / Clusters with enabled Identity Awareness blade, when one Security Gateway / VSX Virtual System is sharing identities.
