# sk94493 - "The program cannot start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer" error when Exchange administrator is trying to start the DLP Exchange Agent

## Symptoms

- The following error appears when Exchange administrator starts the DLP Exchange Agent (while trying to initiate SIC):
`The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix the problem. MSVCR100.dll is a dynamic Windows DLL. DLP Exchange agent is not started.`

*MSVCR100.dll* file is missing (this file is required for SIC initiation).
