## Symptoms

- Media (RTP) does not pass over VoIP call initiated from Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) v8.6.2 to Media Gateway through Check Point Security Gateway.

## Cause

Due to changes in the structure of **StartMediaTransmission** packet (part of [Cisco Skinny Call Control Protocol (SCCP)](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skinny_Call_Control_Protocol)), sent from [Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cisco_Unified_Communications_Manager) v8.6.2 to Media Gateway, this packet is not parsed correctly by Check Point Security Gateway anymore.
