## Symptoms

- * Any of the following errors on screen following '`cpstart`' command or reboot:

  * Unable to open '/vs0/dev/fw0': Connection refused
  * Failed to connect to fwk sensor
  * Set operation failed: failed to get parameter
  * Get operation failed: failed to get parameter
  * set: Operation failed: Invalid argument
  * Failed to notify kernel: Connection refused

* Output of "`cpwd_admin list`" command shows that FWK_WD service is terminated (T).

## Cause

Wrong configuration in `$FWDIR/boot/modules/fwkern.conf` file.
