## Symptoms

- Errors when machine boots from a USB device formatted by ISOmorphic Tool ([sk65205](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk65205)):

* `No driver found`
* `Unable to find any devices of the type needed for this installation type.`
* `Would you like to manually select your driver or use a driver disk?`
* `The Gaia CD was not found in any of your CDROM drives. Please insert GAIA CD and press OK to retry`

## Cause

The USB flash key is wrong / not supported by ISOmorphic Tool.

## Solution

Make sure that USB key that you use is a USB 2.0 and that USB does not identify itself as fixed disk.
