## Symptoms

- * When attempting to access pages in the Login directory via Mobile Access using the Hostname Translation (HT) method, an "HTTP 404 error" page is displayed.
* The log file located at $CVPNDIR/log/CVPND.elg includes the following similar log entry related to the target web server: `[core:info] [pid 15267] [client 10.xx.xx.xx:63654] AH00128: File does not exist: /opt/CPcvpn-R80.30/htdocs/Login/Default.aspx, referer: https://portal.cp.example.com/ `

## Cause

The Mobile Access Gateway looks for a local file in *$CVPNDIR/htdocs/Login/* folder (which contains the MAB Portal's login pages) instead of forwarding the request to the Web application server.
