## Symptoms

- * Shell script created by the user is *not* executed as expected when it is run from the cron job (Scheduled Job) on Gaia / SecurePlatform.

* Shell script created by the user *is* executed as expected when it is run manually on the command line on Gaia / SecurePlatform.

* Some commands in the script work but others do not such as mq_mng, mdsenv, vsenv.

## Cause

Shell script created by the user requires Check Point environment variables, which are not set.

or

Commands in the script fail because the 'owner' of the process does not have a reference to the location of the binary.
