# sk87005 - RADIUS authentication with non-local users on Gaia OS is not working

## Symptoms

- After configuring the RADIUS server and '`rba role radius-group-any`' for user authentication on Gaia/Gaia+ OS, user is not able to log in and receives the following errors:  

* in Gaia Portal: '`You are not configured for web access`'
* in Clish: '`CLINFR0829 Unable to get user permissions`'
* in Clish: '`CLINFR0599 Failed to build ACLs`'
* over SSH: '`Unprintable characters in the password`' appears in RADIUS output
* on Console: '`User not known`' and user is kicked out
