# sk86940 - 'Page cannot be displayed' when trying to connect to Captive portal

## Symptoms

- * '`Page cannot be displayed`' when trying to connect to Captive portal.  

* Kernel debug (`fw ctl zdebug -m fw + crypt`) shows:   

  `;get_cptls_default_params_id: failed with params: 0x`*XYZ* `, 0x0, 0x0`  
  `
  ;vm_mux_cpas_generic_read_handler: get_cptls_default_params_id failed;`  
  `
  ;vm_mux_cpas_generic_read_handler: get_cptls_params_id succ with id=0x0;`   

* Kernel debug and Multi Portal debug show that connection was opened and was allowed, but it was not forwarded to NAC.

## Cause

Problem with VPN IKE certificate in the Security Gateway / Cluster object.
