# sk85640 - UserCheck interaction page is not displayed for HTTPS connections that pass through Proxy that is not a Check Point Security Gateway

## Symptoms

- UserCheck interaction page is not displayed for HTTPS connections that pass through Proxy.

## Cause

In order to display UserCheck page for HTTPS connections, one of the following is required:

1. HTTPS Inspection be active, or
2. UserCheck Agent be used.

The reason is that UserCheck is based on HTTP redirection, and it is impossible to redirect an encrypted connection.

The above limitations stem from RFC and SSL principles, therefore no specific solution is issued by Check Point.
