## Symptoms

- * Policy installalltion fails with "`Load on Module Failed`".  

* The full error message may include additional information such as "`no memory`" or "`failed to load security policy`".

## Cause

Errors that include "`Load on Module Failed`", in most cases, indicate that policy was transferred to the Security Gateway, and the failure occurred in the 'commit' function as the Security Gateway attempted to load the new policy.
