## Solution

To change a users User Center permissions:

1. Log into https://usercenter.checkpoint.com/usercenter/index.jsp.

2. Click "Assets/Info".

3. Click "Accounts" under "Accounts \& Products" option.

4. Select the account you wish to modify the user by clicking on the company number.

5. To the left, click on "Contacts".

6. To the right of the user being modified, select the new "Authority".

7. Designate the access level for the user by marking one of the following boxes:

Company Admin - allows a user to add/remove other users for this company. The administrator of the User Center account does not need to be designated as a support contact to receive support.

Create Licenses - allows a user to license products

View Access - allows a user view only access (cannot generate licenses)

If necessary, designate the user as:

Support Contact - allows the user to contact Technical Services for support based on a registered support contract. The administrator of the User Center account does not need to be designated as a support contact to receive support.

8. To the far right of user being modified, click on the "Save" disk.

If the new user has not yet created a profile the message "User '\[new user's e-mail address\]' was not found. You may create an account for them here" will appear. Click on the link and complete the requested information. The new user will be granted a temporary account, and will be e-mailed a temporary password. The new user will be asked to properly complete their profile information during their first login.

Please note, only an account Administrator has the permissions necessary to add new users to an account.
