## Symptoms

- Policy installation fails with errors like these:

* "`/opt/CPsuite-R<XX>/fw1/conf/`*<Policy_Name>* `.pf", line `*N*`: ERROR: macro identifier <udp> redefined`"
* "`/opt/CPsuite-R<XX>/fw1/conf/`*<Policy_Name>* `.pf", line `*N*`: ERROR: macro identifier <ssh> redefined`"
* "`/opt/CPsuite-R<XX>/fw1/conf/`*<Policy_Name>* `.pf", line `*N*`: ERROR: macro identifier <icmp> redefined`"
* "`/opt/CPsuite-R<XX>/fw1/conf/`*<Policy_Name>* `.pf", line `*N*`: ERROR: macro identifier <ldap> redefined`"

## Cause

Possible reasons:

* Security Policy contains services with reserved names (e.g., "`UDP`", "`icmp`").  

* Security Policy contains services with identical name - the only difference is the case (e.g., TCP service with the name "`ldap`" and UDP service with the name "`Ldap`")
