# sk65771 - When trying to login to SmartDashboard, it loads up to 35% and then its windows simply disappears

## Symptoms

- * When trying to login to SmartDashboard, it loads up to 35% and then its windows simply disappears.

* Logging in to SmartView Tracker or other SmartConsole GUI clients works correctly.

* *$FWDIR/log/fwm.elg* file shows:  

  `error-text (dle-get-schema)`

* Debug of SmartDashboard using the *TraceUtil.exe* per [sk112334](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk112334) shows:

## Cause

Possible causes:

1. Insufficient permissions for the Windows user that tries to open the SmartDashboard.
2. Some files are corrupted on the Management Server.
