## Symptoms

- * After reboot, the output of '`cphaprob state`' on rebooted member shows that the state of this member is '`Down`'.  

* After reboot, the output of '`cphaprob list`' on rebooted member shows that the state of Device '`Synchronization`' is reported as '`problem`'.

## Cause

Full Sync process on rebooted member did not complete successfully.
