'`Backup`' process in SecurePlatform WebUI / Gaia Portal on Multi-Domain Management Server collects Security Gateways' Log files despite the fact that the '`Collect logs`' box is unchecked. As a result, the final MDS_Backup file is much larger than normal (can reach several GB).
