# sk63302 - Cannot connect to SNX portal after some cookies are added to the browser

## Symptoms

- * After adding some cookies to internet explorer, connection to SNX portal fails.
* The following error is seen in the vpnd.elg log: "ERROR_HTTP_INVALID_SERVER_RESPONSE".

## Cause

There is a maximum limit on the header length (512), and after adding additional cookies this lenght was exceeded.
