# sk63110 - Traffic is still limited by QoS to previous throughput although bandwidth was increased

## Symptoms

- ISP bandwidth has recently been increased. Customer is still experiencing the same lower speed as with the previous bandwidth.

## Cause

QoS is enabled on the external interface under a lower bandwidth: Security Gateway object -\> Topology -\> external interface -\> QoS bandwidth inbound and outbound are still set to the lower value.
