# sk62851 - CSP or CCSP partner cannot open a Service Request

## Symptoms

- CSP or CCSP support contact receives error message: "No quota is left for this CSP account," when attempting to open a new Service Request with the Technical Assistance Center.

## Cause

Three possible issues cause this error.

1. The CSP quota expired or exceeded the quota limit.

2. The partner attempted to obtain support for a User Center Account with no support.

3. CCSP partners do not have quota and should be contacting support for their customers with a valid Collaborative Enterprise support contract.
