# sk61040 - CLI SNX Installation Fails

## Symptoms

- Error message "Permission Denied" when trying to run the CLI SNX Install Script *./snx_install.sh* also you get Error message "Unknown id: ./snx_install.sh" when trying to execute the script with elevated rights *su ./snx_install.sh*

## Cause

The*snx_install.sh* file when downloaded had read-only permissions, by default.
