# sk60773 - [RST, ACK] response to TCP/264

## Symptoms

- Getting a \[RST, ACK\] in response to TCP port 264 when the VPN is not enabled on the gateway.

## Cause

Port 264 is managed by the object FW1_topo which is part of the implied rules. Due to this, the port is already open before the stealth rule applies.
