## Symptoms

- ISP Redundancy is missing from the Gateway / Cluster object in SmartDashboard.

## Cause

OS is set to either unknown OS, Windows, or Solaris

## Solution

ISP Redundancy is supported only on SecurePlatform / Gaia / Linux, or IPSO OS. Change OS in the object to the correct one, and the ISP Redundancy option will appear under 'Topology'.
