## Symptoms

- * Provider-1 Users cannot access CMA's/CLMs after performing SIC reset (via MDG) with the MDS/ Multi-Domain Log Module (MLM)/Container.
* Status message in the MDG reports the MDS/Container as disconnected after performing SIC reset with the MDS/MLM/Container using the MDG.
* Performing sync via the High Availability tab in the MDG reports Sync Successful.

## Cause

After a SIC reset and SIC initialization, synchronization needs to re-initialized to re-establish sync, however this option is not available (grayed out) when using the MDG and only the 'synchronization' option is available.
