# sk43800 - In ClusterXL, CCP packet "FWHA_IFCONF_REPLY" is sent in broadcast on trusted (sync) interfaces

## Symptoms

- * The ClusterXL Control Protocol (CCP) on the cluster members uses multicast mode by default, because it is more efficient than broadcast.

  However, the CCP packet "FWHA_IFCONF_REPLY" is still sent in broadcast mode on trusted (sync) interfaces.
* Cluster debugs shows as below: ;21May2018 14:59:25.448615;\[cpu_12\];\[fw4_1\];CPHA: multicast ether not found for eth1-04.324, using broadcast CCP; ;21May2018 14:59:25.448616;\[cpu_12\];\[fw4_1\];CPHA: multicast ether not found for eth1-04.324, using broadcast CCP;
