# sk42990 - SmartView Monitor does not show names of interfaces in Routing Table output for Windows-based gateways

## Symptoms

- SmartView Monitor does not show names of interfaces in Routing Table output for Windows-based gateways:

1. Connect with SmartView Monitor to Security Management Server.
2. Select Security Gateway that runs on Windows OS.
3. Click on *Network Activity* (under the information about the Security Gateway).
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on *Routing Table*.
5. The right-most column *Interfaces* does not show names of interfaces.
