# sk42308 - ClusterXL members do not synchronize DHCP server data with each other

## Symptoms

- ClusterXL members do not synchronize DHCP server data (such as IP addresses, lease time, etc.) with each other. If a failover occurs, all DHCP clients on the network need to re-establish the connection with the new DHCP server.

## Cause

The cluster mechanism synchronizes only the connections between the members, and not the DHCP server data.  
Currently, there is no process that synchronizes the DHCP servers between cluster members.

## Solution

No fix is required; the system is functioning as designed.
