# sk42259 - 'cpstat fw' shows the interface is down for one of the ISP link

## Symptoms

- cpstat fw shows that "the interface is down" for one of the ISP link. however, on the firewall, ping is successful to the next hop and smartview tracker shows that the icmp to the next hop is successful.

## Cause

ISP redundancy doesn't detect one of the ISP link based on topology.
