# sk41252 - QoS interface does not appear in SmartView Monitor - Top QoS Rules view

## Symptoms

- * In SmartView Monitor when the Traffic \> Top QoS Rules branch is selected from the left pane, interface information for gateway-cluster objects is displayed as "QoS interface is not defined".

* QoS rules are defined and are being enforced properly and working. The only problem is that it you cannot view the Top QoS Rules in SmartView Monitor.

* Implementing [sk31407](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk31407) does not resolve the issue.

## Cause

This error occurs due to the object structure hierarchy not being in the correct order.
