# sk38893 - Policy Installation stops due to a timeout

## Symptoms

- * Policy Installation stops due to a timeout.

  *Example for VSX*:
  `
  Reconfiguration of all virtual devices finished.`  
  `
  Push configuration to gateway started...
  `  

  `
  **** Push configuration to gateway failed. Failed to configure <Name_Of_VSX_Gateway> with the following errors:
  `  

  `
  VSX configuration installation process was stopped due to a timeout with the module, the installation may be incomplete.`

  Database saved successfully.

* Policy installation on SMB 1430 version R77.20.87 failed with error: "load on module failed"

  After running this debug on the SMB while pushing policy:

  (Turn Off Debug)

  This error shows:
