## Solution

Link State Update (LSU) packets implement the flooding of link state advertisements. Each Link State Update packet carries a collection of link state advertisements one hop further from its origin. Several link state advertisements may be included in a single packet. In order to make the flooding procedure reliable, flooded advertisements are acknowledged in Link State Acknowledgment packets.

LSAs already in buffer not yet installed, this error indicates a flood of duplicate LSA headers in the LSUs.

**Alternate Workaround**

Check Point has enabled this protection as it is RFC compliant and to disable this protection will require an RFE.

To resolve, summarize routes on the cisco device that are sent to the checkpoint
