## Symptoms

- Central Gateway's Properties has both the Internal CA and External CA's Certificate in IPSec VPN - Repository of Certificates Available to the Gateway. When trying to initiate an VPN Tunnel from the remote GW, in Main mode Packet 3 both Certificates are seen, but the remote Firewall chooses to use the ExternalCA Certificate, which cannot be validated
