# sk36320 - Unloading Security Policy stops synchronization on the cluster member

## Symptoms

- * After unloading the Security Policy with the "`fw unloadlocal`" command on a cluster member, a "`Current state : problem`" message appears in the Critical Devices "`Policy`" (former "`Filter`") and "`Synchronization`".

* This warning appears in the output of the "`dmesg`" command:

  `FW-1: Warning: Unloading the local policy also stops synchronization on this member"`  
  `
  "FW-1: use cpstart to restart synchronization to other member(s)`

## Cause

By design, unloading the Security Policy locally from a cluster member also stops the synchronization on this cluster member.
