## Symptoms

- * "masteradmin" account is locked after multiple failed login attempts.
* Trying to change the password as per sk30954 fails to unlock the account.

## Cause

The account is locked because the User has either forgotten the "masteradmin" account password, or entered it incorrectly multiple times.
