## Symptoms

- * SmartView Monitor does not show tunnel traffic data between a Check Point cluster and a third-party gateway.
* In the 'Tunnels' section of SmartView Monitor, if you right-click a cluster object and select one of the 'Monitor Traffic of this Tunnel' \> 'Top...' options, a warning message is displayed: Data about Traffic cannot be shown because Monitoring Blade is not installed on the Gateway.

## Cause

When the monitoring blade is enabled on the gateway object in SmartConsole, SmartView Monitor can monitor traffic only from Check Point gateways. SmartView Monitor cannot monitor traffic from Check Point clusters. It can, however, monitor traffic from its members (as long as the cluster object has SmartView Monitor product installed on it).
