# sk32067 - Logswitch size limitation

## Symptoms

- Logs, exported with the `fw logswitch` command, are truncated to 2GB when the resultant ASCII file is 2GB or larger.

## Cause

This is an OS limitation. There is a 2GB limit on the size of an exported file that can be created.
