# sk31580 - How to reopen a closed Service Request

## Solution

1. Log in to the [User Center](https://usercenter.checkpoint.com/usercenter/index.jsp)
2. Go to Support / Services  

3. Click "My Service request"  

4. Enter the Service Request number in the value field  

5. Select the Account  

6. In the "Status:", select "Closed"  

7. If needed, filter by the Period  

8. Click "Go"  

9. On the "Service Request" tab, on the right of the Service Request number, click "Reopen"  

10. In the "Reopen Justification:" section, enter the reason and click "Reopen"
