## Solution

Check Point technical support advisors regularly update your service request (SR). If you would like to know the status of your SR, review it via the [Check Point User Center](https://usercenter.checkpoint.com/usercenter/index.jsp).

To Identify recent updates on a Service Request follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the [User Center](http://usercenter.checkpoint.com/).

2. Go to "Support/Services" -\> "My Service Request"

3. On the "My Service Request" screen you will have two search options. First checkbox displays Service Requests breakdown by Status/Creation date and Issue Type and second box for the free text search field.

Clearing the box labeled "Show only SRs created by me" allows to view Service Request opened by the selected company.

4. Under the "Service Request" tab you can view the "Status" column.
