## Solution

High Severity issues are defined as an error that renders the product to fail, has a major system impact or has a substantial and material impact on your business.

Examples of high severity issues include:

The firewall module is not passing traffic, Gateway to Gateway VPN tunnel is down or core dumps and panic issues that render the firewall inoperable.

If you feel you have a high severity issue, you can enter a service request via the SecureTrak Eservice @ www.checkpoint.com/sr site and provide as much information on the problem as possible, then call Check Point support at +1 972-444-6600 (Americas) / TAC +972-3-611-5100 (International). When you call Check Point, provide your ticket number and explain the severity of your issue (how it is currently impacting your business).
