# sk31151 - [Error Code: 301] - This product is currently not activated

## Symptoms

- `License upgrade failed for the following license(s) due to the following reason:`  
`This product is currently not activated. Please license your Certificate Key directly through the User Center. For directions on licensing your Certificate Key, please see SecureKnowledge solution id #sk22564. [Error Code: 301]`

## Solution

To activate your product:

1. Log into [Check Point User Center](http://usercenter.checkpoint.com/)
2. Click "My Products" link.
3. The the click the "My Products" from the drop down menu.
4. Select the Product by placing a check in the box located to the left of the product.
5. From the "Action" pull down located to the left select "License".
6. Complete all required fields.
7. Click "Activate" button.
