## Solution

**Scenario:** Company certificate keys are registered to a User Center account, where the administrator is no longer with the company.

The purpose of the Administrator Gone Process is to grant access to either the User Center or the Mobile Threat Prevention Dashboard in the event that the current administrator(s) is no longer with the company.

For MTP requests, all previous administrators will be removed and only the new person on the document will have access. Additional administrators can be added by the new person.

To obtain the requested access, login [Check Point User Center](usercenter.checkpoint.com)and open a new service request.

1. Click on "Support/Services" option.
2. Click on "Create a Service Request" under the "Support Center" option.

Please request the Admin Gone form from Check Point Account Services. Once you have received the form, it will need to be signed on company letterhead. The request must be signed by a person at director level or above and must contain their title, phone number, and email address. **Note, the letter cannot be signed by the new administrator.**

Either fax your request to (US) +1-972-506-7962, or scan the signed form and attach the file in a reply to this email.

The following information must be completed on the form in order for this request to be processed:

* The previous administrator's name, e-mail address, and account number.
* The new administrator's name, e-mail address, and complete contact information (phone number and address).
* The SR number located in the subject line of this email.

If you are requesting that products be moved, also include the following information on the form:

* The new User Center Account ID.
* All products that you are requesting be moved (i.e. Certificate Key; MAC Address).
* A brief statement explaining the reason for the request to move these products.

Once Check Point Account Services receives the Change of Administrator Form, they will verify the authorization and research the location of the products.

Note that if the current administrator of the User Center account is different than the administrator identified on your form, it will be necessary to do further research to identify and contact the current administrator.

Check Point Account Services will update you on the status within an average of 1-2 US business days of receiving your form.

To avoid similar situations in the future, Check Point recommends adding additional administrators to the User Center account.
