# sk185264 - Custom IOC Feed Does Not Process /32 IP Address Entries

## Symptoms

- In R82, a Custom IOC feed may import only a small subset of observables even though the feed is reachable.  
Entries that use /32 CIDR notation may not be imported.

## Cause

A /32 network represents a single IP address.

During IOC range processing, ranges whose calculated start and end addresses were identical were handled differently from ranges that contained multiple addresses.  
As a result, some /32 observables were not imported.
