# sk185178 - Gaia WebUI does not function correctly after uninstalling a Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator

## Symptoms

- * After uninstalling a Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator (JHF) on a Maestro or Scalable Platform appliance, the WebUI do not function correctly.

* WebUI pages do not load - Internal Server Error possibly others

* Some pages appear blank.

* The behavior occurs after uninstalling the following takes:

## Cause

After uninstalling the affected Jumbo Hotfix takes, permissions on the *$SMODIR/lib* directory and related libraries become more restrictive than required.  
As a result, the WebUI process cannot access the libraries it requires and fails to load the affected pages.
